Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer free estimates?
Yes! We provide free on-site estimates for all services. We'll walk your property, discuss your vision, and give you a detailed quote — no obligation.
Do you offer recurring maintenance plans?
Yes — we offer weekly and bi-weekly maintenance plans at a discounted rate. Most of our clients are on a recurring schedule. It's the best way to keep your yard consistent.
When is the best time to lay sod?
In Georgia, the best time to lay sod is late spring through early fall when the soil is warm and grass can establish roots quickly. We can install sod year-round, but spring and early summer give the best results.
How often should I have my lawn aerated?
We recommend aerating your lawn at least once a year, ideally in the early fall for cool-season grasses or late spring for warm-season grasses like Bermuda and Zoysia. Aeration helps water, air, and nutrients reach the roots.
What is the difference between mulch and pine straw?
Both protect your beds and retain moisture. Mulch lasts longer and gives a more polished look — great for front yards and flower beds. Pine straw is more affordable, blends naturally in wooded areas, and is easier to spread on slopes. We can help you decide which is best for your property.
Do I need to be home during the service?
No — most of our clients are not home when we service their property. As long as we have access to the yard, we'll take care of everything. We can text you a photo when the job is done.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Monroe, Athens, Bogart, Statham, Watkinsville, Loganville, Winder, Dacula, Snellville, Conyers, Lawrenceville, Grayson, Covington, Social Circle, and surrounding areas.
Do you provide commercial landscaping services?
Yes — we serve offices, retail centers, HOAs, apartment complexes, and other commercial properties. We offer recurring maintenance contracts and one-time projects. Contact us to discuss your property's needs and get a free estimate.
Do you work in the winter?
We offer year-round service. Winter services include leaf cleanup, pruning, winter mulching, and landscape planning for spring. It's a great time to design your next project.
